Friday’s were her day off, so she decided to fill her time by taking two dance classes at the local community college. Two 4 hour dance classes back to back with a one hour break for lunch in between. Jaime had also signed up for both classes. Before they knew it, they were spending every lunch together try out new restaurants and were paired together as partners for the final. Jaime was drawn to her instantly and the more the danced the more he knew they would be a perfect fit.

Three years after that, a ring was burning a hole in Jaime’s pocket as they hiked 12 long miles in Mammoth. But the wait was worth it. The end of the hike rewarded them with a breathtaking view of the lake. It was dark blue, and the setting sun turned the mountains golden. A cool breeze whipped about them, as Jaime got down on one knee.

It was twilight and there was a herd of deer near the water's edge. Everything was still and at peace. And as they walked the final mile and in hand, Luz reflected on how the beauty that surrounded them perfectly reflected the peace within them.

This sweet couple had a beautiful wedding day. The temperature was perfect. The gardens of Orcutt Ranch were lush and blooming. And just like when they got engaged, the surrounding mirrored the couple. So beautiful and so content.

Luz and Jaime! I was such a joy to stand by your side on your wedding day and document your love. You are such a sweet and beautiful couple and I wish you all the best!

ENJOY!
